True to our philosophy, we commit to:

Tell you when you DON’T need our services
Provide realistic timelines and expectations
Deliver measurable ROI or explain why we can’t
Never sell you technology you don’t need

4. User Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of any credentials we provide

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and solutions developed by 3030 AI remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. Client data and proprietary information remain the property of the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during engagement. This includes but is not limited to business processes, technical architectures, and strategic plans.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Standard terms are Net 30 unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

3030 AI’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. No Guarantee of Results

While we commit to honest assessment and best efforts, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes. Success depends on multiple factors including client implementation and market conditions.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed up to termination date.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
