How do you work?

Answered by · 3030

We start small and measurable: a free 30-minute call, a brief diagnostic, the proposal with its price and a pilot of about 4 weeks before opening in stages. The sheet shows the five stages and what you get from each one.

How we workWe start small and measurable

From the first conversation to operation

We start small and measurable, not with a six-month project. You don’t need to know about AI: we guide you at every step.

01 · The five stages
  1. 1. Discovery call

    30 min · free

What you getThe cases closest to yours and live demos. If you allow it, we record it and send you the minutes.

  2. 2. Brief diagnostic

    questionnaire

What you getHow the process works today and what it costs you in hours or money. If AI doesn’t solve it, we tell you.

  3. 3. Proposal and price

    after the diagnostic

What you getScope, phases, price and how we’ll measure the result.

  4. 4. Pilot

    about 4 weeks

What you getA small version with a result you can measure.

  5. 5. Phased rollout

    not all at once

What you getConnected to your systems, your team trained and monthly maintenance.

02 · A real example of a phased rollout98 of 2,404 stores

The beverage distributor went live on September 1, 2026 with a first group of stores. As of October 21 it is in production with 98 of its 2,404 stores, and more stores are added in phases.

03 · When the system doesn’t know or gets it wrong
  1. A request comes inAn order, a call or a document
  2. Can it solve it?Yes: it answers and it’s logged
  3. Doesn’t know or it’s sensitiveIt hands it to someone on your team
  • Sensitive answers are approved before they go out.
  • When it reads documents, your team can review and correct what was read before it’s saved.
  • If something fails, it alerts 3030 and, if you ask, someone on your team.
  • We don’t promise automation where it doesn’t make sense.
04 · What your team puts in
  • The person who runs the process every day.
  • Whoever grants access to your systems: waiting for that access is what most often delays a project.
  • The details change with each project and are set in the diagnostic.
To be clear
  • Price is set after the diagnostic; we don’t give figures before that.
  • The pilot is not free: it’s a small version, priced in the proposal. After delivery, there is usually a monthly fee for maintenance and support.
  • The 4 weeks of the pilot are what we plan; the exact timeline depends on the connections to your systems and goes in the proposal.
  • In our recruiting system, the automatic failure alert doesn’t exist yet.
