One standard for the whole portfolio
Twenty sites from different vendors, reviewed every month against the same standard.
More than twenty sites built by different vendors, with nobody reviewing them as a whole: the worst failed accessibility at 20 to 44 out of 100.
A monthly program: one audit standard, fixes by priority, a weekly review and a report per property.
- 01Each site built by a different vendor
- 02Nobody reviews them as a whole
- 03Errors surface when someone complains
- 01Audit against one standard
- 02Fixes by priority
- 03Weekly error review
- 04Monthly report per property
- Weekly error review and monthly accessibility audit
- If a site drops below 90, it is fixed that week
- It is logged in that month’s report
On Oct 7 a new site from another vendor joined the program at 39 points; it ended the day at 90.
The client doesn’t have to learn a new tool. Each property receives a monthly report under its own brand, and since October 21 the full portfolio appears inside the dashboards leadership already used.
Simplified screen. The counters are from one property; the rows are illustrative and show no names.
- Mar 2026We build our first new sites for the group
- Aug 27The client names 21 communities for the monthly program
- Sep 2–9All 21 sites audited against the same standard
- Sep 11All 21 above 90 in accessibility
- Oct 2Every old URL redirects; analytics fixed on 10 sites
- Oct 8–9Second audit: 14 sites averaging 97.9
- Oct 21SEO and accessibility inside the client’s dashboards
In October we applied a local search plan to the 20 sites now in the program, and on October 26 we published Spanish versions for 3 communities. Their results will be measured from November.
- The program has 20 sites today: two communities left, and a new one joined on October 7.
- Before the program nobody reviewed the sites as a whole, so there is no measured “before” for the 21: we measure from the first audit.
- We didn’t build most of the sites; the program covers them all the same.
- There is no defensible traffic result yet: there is only one month of data, and the positive signal comes from a single community.
- We don’t guarantee search rankings, and rental applications are measured in the client’s own systems.
