Course: AI for the back office
The course ends with a list of processes, not just certificates.
AI licenses paid for but unused, and IT worried about the data.
Four hands-on sessions: each person builds an assistant and leadership learns what to automate.
- 01AI licenses paid for
- 02The team doesn’t use them
- 03IT worried about data
- 01Four 2-hour hands-on sessions
- 02Platform with materials, questions and exercises
- 03Each person builds their own AI assistant
- 04Report for leadership

- Nov 3 and 5Final session: each person builds their assistant
- Dec–Feb3 months of follow-up
At the close, leadership receives the opportunity inventory: which tasks repeat and across how many people, separating what an assistant can handle from what is worth automating as a project.
- Participants get a certificate of completion, not a professional certification.
- The second program is halfway through: assistants are built in the final session, on November 3 and 5.
- Ratings come from those who left one: 17 in the first session and 11 in the second.
- Productivity is measured during the follow-up; there are no hours saved to report yet.
